In the unlikely event of a failure of the device, Reebelo will arrange for your devices to be returned and serviced by our vendor, free of charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period*, provided that the product has no any physical or accidental damage.
What’s not covered?
Any malfunction or damage incurred due to exposure to water or any other liquid. This includes but is not limited to accidental submersion, exposure to rain or liquid spills
Gradual wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the device's functionality. This includes but is not limited to cosmetic scratches, fading of colors and slight performance changes consistent with the device's normal aging process. Creases or other cosmetic damage to the screen on Galaxy Z Fold devices due to folding and unfolding are also not covered
Any malfunction or damage resulting from drops, pressure, or other physical impacts. This includes but is not limited to cracked screens, dents, any impairment caused by the dropping of the device or excessive pressure applied to the screen or display area
Loss, deletion, or corruption of data stored on the device
*Warranty Period:
1) For Orders made on or before 18th March 2024:
- Refurbished devices would have a 12-month vendor warranty; Brand New Devices will have a 12-month warranty covered by the manufacturer.
2) For Orders made on or after 19th March 2024 onwards:
- Refurbished devices would have a 3-month vendor warranty; Brand New Device would still have the 12-month warranty covered by the manufacturer.
